The easies way is to uninstall it at all and than install/download it again. It is going to ask you about the language while installing.
Or one even easier way: Click on “Nástroje” on top – “Změnit jazyk” – “English” and it is done.

I don’t know what the Czech words are but you have to go to preferences then language and then change to English or go to another Language changer from the home area.
