Question by Aaron L: I just got back from Prague; if you’ve been there, did you like it, or what?
well, i just back from Prague (the capital of the czech republic). Apperentaly, its supposed to be a artsy, chic city, thats really big on the arts. I sorta felt that vibe, but i also felt some parts of the city were ugly. I stayed at a brilliant 4 star hotel called Maxximillian, very nice hotel. The food in prague was amazing; i didn’t eat any czech food, but I ate italian, asian fusion, and thai and it was amazing. The meats there are very good, all over. But, unfortunatly it was freezing (23-28 degrees….rough for me because i live in california lol) and i hated that. well, thats wat i thot, but wat did u guys think, if u went?

I hope you got a chance to visit something of the Czech Republic outside of Prague. While the city is great, and what city doesn’t have its ugly parts, there’s a lot more to the CR than one city. It has been cold lately, so you should try coming back in spring, which is the best time to be here.
Being from the States myself and having also experienced the brutal cold that engulfs Prague during the winter months, I do know how you feel. But, I definitely enjoyed Prague, possibly more than any other European city I’ve been to!
Prague is such a beautiful city. Everything was so cheap. And the nightlife was unforgettable. I think it’s worth you giving it another shot; but this time, take the “path less traveled” and try to do what the Czech people in Prague do! That’s what we did and it was surely worth it!
Hope this helps, and P.S.: Cali is awesome! Can’t wait to go back! Cheers!
