Question by Puchiko: What do you know about the Czech Republic?
We are supposed to find out how much people know about our country. It is for homework. Just say everything you know about the Czech Republic. Please don’t do any research, just say what you know, or say you’ve never heard of it before. If you could include your nationality in the answer, it would be very helpful.

Minor corrections of answers-I just cant help myself.
MikeInRI -Czechoslovakia broke up several times, and reunited several times, but the final break up was in 1993. Czech Republic is a member of NATO. You know more than I thought. Where do you come from?

I don’t know much except that it is very beautiful. I think it was once part of the Soviet Union. I had a teacher who escaped during the communist takeover, he told me his homeland was beautiful but he didn’t tell me specifics.
