I find this in Russia, Ukraine and Czech rep. useful.? small town stations have a number of available rooms in the above countries. the Polish cities have they? thanks to everyone for the input! I always try to stay in them in other Eastern European countries. they are not “commercial” hotels, often rooms available. trains make music! no noise! best answer:

I have a lot around Poland traveled by train and I can not remember seeing all, so if there are any, it is rather an exception.
