Question by : What country shall me and my friends travel to? (18 year olds)?
I’m 18 years old and I’m wanting to take a week/10 days/2 week holiday with my friends in July/August.
We’re not exactly “party animals” so we would like to go somewhere, where there’s places to see and have nice beaches too. So not too quiet and not too noisy.
We want to go somewhere relatively cheap, perhaps around £400 for flights and hotel. These are a few places I have thought of, Greece, Spain, Italy, Iceland, Czech Republic.
I’ve heard Italy, Iceland and Czech are quite expensive countries.
Any suggestions?
I also want to know where would be the safest places to go too.
Thank-you 🙂

Costa Rica. Really, really safe; outside city slums. But don’t go without a guide.

There is an island just off Greece called Crete, very quite, lovely beaches, and not very pricey. the range of hotels vary but the scenery is amazing, the beaches are all very pleasant and there are many sights to see, look it up for more info, thoroughly recommend it.
l lived in the south of Spain, (Malaga) and it is wonderful. l went back
last summer, and it is still very well priced. You could check
out the small pensions, they should be cheaper than
the large hotels. lt is safe, just use regular precautions.
Meals at the beach churingitos run about 10 euros, and
will be delicious. And if you want to take in some history,
there are day bus trips to visit the Mesquita in Cordoba,
or the Alhambra in Granada
for safety reasons, suggest the southern coast of Spain
great beaches and things to do.
