Question by êNVY_Mè: I was refused Business visa to Czech Republic, Can I apply again to another Schengen Embassy?
My Visa was denied by Czech embassy stating reasons that my return could not be acertained and the reason for travelling could not be verified. My question is, can i apply at another member schengen country embassy on tourism ground. I believe they do not enter the denial in the system unless you’ve given a fraudulent document, you are black listed.

But they say if circumstances change, they cannot refuse simply because you were refused earlier. A fresh application will be treated new and be checked along the documents.
