Quite difficult. Czech republic has a communist government. Most jobs in the Czech republic are government run, the government runs and controls all industry so if you work in the Czech republic then you are a government employee. Even working in a hotel as a waiter or cleaner makes you a civil servant! Also all property is owned by the state.
Put simply its not very easy trying to live there. I think the maximum stay is about 6 months with a visa.
